With half a decade of hands-on experience in IT across manufacturing, government, and healthcare, I specialize in adapting and optimizing IT environments through effective systems administration, proactive monitoring, and workflow automation. My expertise spans Windows/Linux server management, Microsoft 365 and Azure administration, and streamlined network setups. Here are a few of the systems I actively work in.

Active Directory

Experienced in deploying and managing Microsoft Active Directory on Windows Server 2012–2022. Skilled in hybrid environments integrating with Microsoft 365 for seamless identity and access management.

Web Server Administration

Managed domain and DNS configurations (GoDaddy), SSL certificates, and IIS (6.0+) web server deployments for internal and external applications.

Microsoft 365 / Azure / Entra

Proficient in Microsoft 365 tenant management, including billing, security, and compliance. Experienced in SharePoint administration, file migrations, and Azure Active Directory (Entra ID) integrations.

Kaseya Datto RMM

Implemented and maintained Datto RMM to streamline IT operations, automate system updates, and enhance remote monitoring and management efficiency.

Began working at Alkon Corp in Fremont, Ohio as a 3rd shift receiver. Quickly advanced to a managerial role while becoming the go-to technology expert. Spent countless hours troubleshooting Zebra printers and scanners, developing hands-on problem-solving skills.
