Joined as the project manager to develop a software suite to replace an in-place overly complicated and expensive application for the schools cafeteria ordering and management. Developed in C# using Windows Presentation Framework for UI, and Entity Framework for database mapping. Project expanded over three months. Expanded my knowledge on working on software, adequate unit testing, and learning to work with multiple teams to see a steady launch.

Planned and deployed Datto RMM while working with SecureSight to streamline Tier 1 IT operations. Configured active monitoring, patch management policies, and custom scripts to automate common tasks, significantly reducing response times and freeing up technician bandwidth. Built proactive maintenance schedules and alerting rules for both workstations and servers, improving system stability and greatly reducing ticket volume.
